    Atlas World Real Estate Corporation is prepared to accept independent contractors who:

• Work from their own office – home or otherwise – and
• Are already paying their own primary expenses – advertising, telephone, vehicle, etc., and
• Are independently motivated to grow their existing business with minimal training from a brokerage, OR
• Are groups of sales people mutually wishing to work with Atlas World Real Estate Corporation in a new office in an area where they are currently selling real estate and desire to improve their commission remuneration.

    Atlas World Real Estate Corporation is prepared to provide you with:

• The use of our graphics program
• Office Administrative Services for commission and deal processing
• Year end accounting statement for commissions earned
• Website general advertising
• A commission package that pays sales representatives and brokers 90% of the sales and listing commission from net revenues.
• A further remuneration package paying you – a sales representative or broker –a further 3% of gross commissions earned by any other broker or sales representative to which you have been credited by Atlas World Real Estate Corporation as having referred and successfully transferred to Atlas World Real Estate Corporation.
• All successful transfers will be credited to you for a lifetime, as long as you remain an independent contractor or licensed employee of Atlas World Real Estate Corporation – This is a potential retirement package for recruiters!
• Experienced management who will support your chosen career path by offering business and personal advice when you require it and supporting and encouraging your development in the areas of contracts, real estate legal issues and professionalism.
