    A Franchise is a commitment to a set of values shared by all who are a part of the same company. Atlas World Real Estate Corporation is a Canadian Company and recognizes and emphasizes Canadian values. Apart from our appreciation of tolerance and a sense of community, we also know that upfront negotiation, and contracts which promote transparency weigh high in the minds of consumers. Franchisees must be committed to promoting the highest standards in real estate each day that they do business with their clients and with Atlas World Real Estate Corporation.

How high are salesperson commissions?

Answer: Atlas World Real Estate Corporation suggests a 90% - 10% Brokerage Salesperson commission split. Practically this rewards salespeople for the hard work they do and encourages everyone to work together in order to stay together!

How much will brokerages charge monthly for desk fees?

Answer: Atlas World Real Estate Corporation suggests an equal division of costs monthly. At present it is our estimate that monthly desk fees will range from $200.00 per month to $550.00 per month per salesperson/broker.

How much will the brokerage retain from sales?

Answer: Atlas World Real Estate Corporation will contract that 5% of the 10% going to the brokerage will remain with the Franchisee. The remaining 5% will be paid to Atlas World Real Estate Corporation.

How will salespeople/brokers/brokerages be rewarded for their work in the future?

Answer: Atlas World Real Estate Corporation will pay 3% from the 5% it retains from each sale back to the salesperson/broker/brokerage who is credited with bringing the particular selling salesperson/broker to the Corporation/Franchisee when they were hired. These payments will be paid quarterly or at other times decided by the corporation from time to time. That means for as long as a retired or semi-retired realtor maintains their license, they retain an income! The larger Atlas World Real Estate Corporation grows, the more residuals will be paid to more salespeople/brokers over time.
